Easy and Good Nut Pie Crust!
1 cup walnuts
1 cup unsweetened coconut
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon Xylitol
1 tiny scoop dry Stevia (optional)
Grind walnuts in food processor until fine as flour
(it will be slightly sticky).
Combine with coconut and the other ingredients.
Pat it into a 9" or 10" pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Add filling after baking!
