2 cups Fresh Blueberries - 14 -16 oz.
1 Tbs. Coconut Sugar or Turbinado Sugar
1/2 Tbs. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Top & Bottom Crust
1 Cup Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats*
1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar or Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Xylitol
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter, cold, cut in pieces
1/4 cup Slice Almonds
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut
* Oatmeal can have small amounts of gluten. Check the content if you are very gluten sensitive.
