Quick coconut-Milk Mocha Shake
In a blender combine all the ingredients below and blend until smooth and frothy.

3/4 cup Cold Coffee
1 Tbs. Raw Agave
1 Tbs. Raw Chocolate (aka Cacao Powder)**
3/4 cup Chocolate Coconut Milk "Ice-Cream"*
1/8 cup crushed ice
Makes one 16 oz serving or two 8 oz servings (I like to try new recipes in small quantities!)
1/2cup of the frozen Coconut Icecream* has 150 calories and 12 g sugar according to the label, so this shake/smoothie is not sugar-free nor low calorie and is not appropriate for Steps 1 or 2 of the Candida Diet and only occasionally on Step 3
* So Delicious Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts are really delicious!
**Madhava produces organic raw Agave which some sources say is healthier than agave processed with heat. I have no information on how SoDelicious processes their agave.
