Family Pleasing Meatloaf Gluten-Free
Mix hamburger, vegetables, seasonings, milk, egg and rice crumbs in a bowl. Place in loaf pan or comparable oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 F for approximately one hour until meat is browned. (Pour off excess grease after about a half hour. Repeat if necessary.) Serve with sweet potato pancakes (or bake sweet potatoes along with the meatloaf), and a colorful green salad for an eye and taste pleasing dinner. *Worcestershire sauce contains some sugar, but the flavor makes it well worth the mini-cheat if you are able to tolerate some sugar without side effects.
