Reduced Sugar Gluten free chocolate chip Cookies
The only downside to these scrumptious chocolate chip cookies* is finding a way to stop eating them! Plus, they're even better frozen.

2 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
1/4 cup Xylitol
1/4 cup Demera Sugar
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 large organic eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Honey Oat Granola
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix flour, baking soda & salt & set aside
Beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy (large bowl)
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Gradually add flour mixture & beat til well blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by tablespoons full onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
Yields 30 to 36 yummy cookies
