Today I added a Mocha Shake and recently I included a Chocolate Banana Smoothie recipe. Neither is appropriate for Step 1 or Step 2 of the Candida Diet, but Step 3 may be able to enjoy either one occasionally.
There are lots of other delicious, refreshing smoothie recipes. Some include vegetables such as spinach or carrots. Any smoothie adds a festive touch to a meal or is a delicious healthy dessert! Don't be afraid to try substituting to create your own smoothie recipe. If it turns out great, send it to us!

After suffering with assorted ailments as the result of Candida overgrowth, I discovered that an anti Candida diet is foundational to defeating fungi. Without changing the diet to one that Candida dislikes, the fungus will continue to return. And, in my case, resulted in cancer when I began to cheat.
